Connecticut
World Trade Association Concept
|
Established in
1986, the Connecticut World Trade Association, Inc. (CWTA) is a private,
non-profit corporation, which is a central resource for information,
contacts and programs to facilitate two-way international trade for
its members. The CWTA is an international organization which is uniquely
qualified to help your company develop a presence in the international
market place. As a member of the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA),
CWTA is part of a vast international business network with access
to over 400,000 businesses. The World Trade Centers Association was
started in 1968. It encourages mutual assistance, cooperation and
the promotion of international business relationships, which increase
world trade opportunities for WTCA affiliates. There are more than
300 World Trade Centers in 100 countries. More than a building, a
movement, or an organization, World Trade Centers bring together business
and government agencies involved in international trade. They are
one-stop business centers which facilitate penetration of offshore
markets and help you obtain a competitive advantage. As a member of
CWTA, you will have reciprocal memberships and privileges with all
existing and planned World Trade Centers. Membership in CWTA is the
equivalent of having a sales office in 100 countries.
